The "Server Edition" comes bundled with all BlackBuntu component and tools which does not require a GUI (Graphical User Interface) to be executed. The "Light Edition" is a Desktop version that comes with all the pentest and cybersecurity tools that make up BlackBuntu. The "Full Edition", is the version that will allow you to have an operating system containing all the tools of the "Light Edition" version as well as all the components and programs allowing you to use it as primary OS whether for work or for your personal needs.

BlackBuntu follows the same TLS release plan as Ubuntu. Concretely this means that for each new TLS version of Ubuntu a new version of BlackBuntu will be released.

Although BlackBuntu has always and will always be free, we provide a form that our lovers can use to donate to BlackBuntu project.
